1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing https://vibehear.shop/, creating an account and purchasing women’s apparel products shipped from our US warehouse, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and fully agree to all clauses of these Terms of Service. This agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, forms the complete binding contract between you and our store. If you disagree with any provision, cease all website use immediately.

2. Sales Scope & Sanctioned Territory Restriction

  1. Our warehouse is located within the United States. We only process and ship orders to valid domestic US delivery addresses. No international shipments are available.
  2. We comply fully with U.S. OFAC economic sanctions regulations. All orders placed by customers residing in sanctioned regions, restricted territories or individuals listed on OFAC SDN lists will be automatically rejected and fully refunded without prior notice. You warrant your billing and shipping address are located inside the United States and not subject to any U.S. trade sanctions.

3. User Account Rules

  1. You must submit truthful, accurate US shipping and billing information during registration and checkout. You are solely responsible for the security of your account password; all orders placed under your account are your legal liability.
  2. Account transfer, resale, rental or lending to third parties is prohibited without written store approval. Notify customer service immediately if your account suffers leakage or unauthorized login.
  3. Malicious bulk account registration, fake orders, repeated coupon abuse and fraud transactions will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all discounts.

5. Product & Transaction Rules

  1. All women’s dresses, tops, bottoms and accessories are real-shot photos. Minor color difference caused by screen display is not classified as product quality defects. Each product page lists fabric, size chart and washing instructions clearly.
  2. All displayed prices include US domestic sales tax; no cross-border tariffs apply since we only ship within the US.
  3. Orders may be fully canceled before warehouse shipment for a full refund. Once handed over to US logistics carriers, order cancellation requests will not be accepted. Address or item modification requests must be submitted before dispatch.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All website text, fashion images, brand logos, page layout, product descriptions and graphic designs are exclusive intellectual property of https://vivelady.shop/. No copying, reproduction, commercial redistribution or editing is permitted without written authorization. We will pursue legal liability for all infringement acts.

7. Risk Transfer of Goods

Loss, damage or theft risk of merchandise transfers to you the buyer once the US logistics carrier signs off the package to you or your authorized recipient. You must inspect goods upon delivery. If damaged or missing items exist, submit photos/videos as evidence within the time limit stated in our Return & Refund Policy to apply for after-sales support.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  1. All women’s clothing sold meets US consumer product safety standards. We shall not compensate for indirect losses including lost income, time cost or mental distress arising from wearing, styling or improper use of garments except confirmed factory quality defects.
  2. We bear no liability for website outages, delivery delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, logistics network breakdown, official policy adjustment, system hacking, labor strikes, etc.).
  3. We are not responsible for the safety, authenticity and service quality of third-party payment and logistics providers; all risks of third-party services are borne by you.
  4. Our maximum compensation liability for a single order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.
