These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Vibe. We design and sell premium silicone earplugs and accessories for travel, sleep, concerts, festivals, and focus. Our products are fulfilled through our logistics center in China and shipped worldwide via international carriers.

1.Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, and prices as accurately as possible. However, minor color variations may occur due to screen display settings and do not constitute a product defect. Each product page provides material, sizing, and usage information to help you make an informed purchase.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or inventory errors. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3.Tracking

六. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
1.100-Day Return Policy
We offer a 100-day return policy. You may return any product within 100 days of delivery for any reason, even if the product has been used. To be eligible, the product should be returned with its original packaging and accessories where possible.

3.Refunds

七. Warranty
1.Two-Year Limited Warranty
Vibe warrants that every Vibe-branded product and accessory will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the original delivery date. If a qualifying defect arises, we will, at our option, repair or replace the affected product at no charge to the original purchaser.
2.What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents; damage from accident, abuse, misuse, or improper storage; damage from using third-party components; consumable parts that naturally degrade over time; or products modified without our written permission.
3.How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact us at cjun15999@vibehear.shop with your order number and a detailed description of the defect. We may ask for photos or videos to assess the issue and will provide further instructions.

4.Product Use
Our earplugs are designed to reduce ambient noise but do not eliminate all sound. They are not medical devices and should not be used as a substitute for hearing protection required by occupational safety regulations. You are responsible for using products in accordance with the provided instructions and for your own safety in loud environments.
